Cougar Cycling and Triathlon is the official triathlon club at the University of Houston. We bring together students that share the love of swimming, biking, and running. It is a great place to make lifelong friends and stay healthy in the process! We have group workouts 5 days a week, and typically do a ride, long run, or open water swim on the weekends. In addition to workouts, we also have team bonding events that range from going to local restaurants, rock climbing, yoga, ice skating, and so on. If unsure about the team, come out to one of our practices to see what we are all about. We are open to everyone. Skill levels vary and there is never a need to fret over “not being good enough.” Better yourself with a sport that will change your lifestyle!
